Michael Walker founded Price Ridge Capital to bring institutional-grade trade finance infrastructure to a broader market — drawing on 25+ years building and leading the operations, technology, and product teams behind some of the industry's most recognized platforms.
Most recently, as CTO and COO of Raistone — named Top Non-Bank Trade Finance Provider by Global Trade Review and ranked #43 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 — Michael scaled the platform from under $1B to over $15B in financed facilities. He led integrations with NetSuite's 40,000-user client base and SAP's $1.7 trillion invoice network, oversaw $1.5B in assets under administration, and earned a Gold Award in the 2024 Juniper Research Fintech Innovation Awards.
Before Raistone, he served as CIO/COO of Receivables Exchange (backed by Bain Capital Ventures and the New York Stock Exchange), where he led operations settling $1 billion in trades per month — winning the WSJ's Most Innovative E-Commerce Technology award — before directing the firm's acquisition by LiquidX.
He began his career at Whitney National Bank, earning Gambit's 40 Under 40 recognition for driving double-digit growth in online loans and deposits, and producing the industry's first searchable seven-year e-statement archive, recognized best-in-class by NetBanker.
Michael holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana and an MBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. He serves on the IT Advisory Board at Tulane University and is a member of ACM and IEEE.
Whether you're looking to unlock working capital or deploy it, we'd like to hear from you.
